Service Excellence
As a factory-authorized McIntosh Labs Service Center, Channels provides warranty and legacy repairs using genuine McIntosh parts and factory-approved methods. We also offer extended warranties on product purchases and complete system installations.
If a product purchased from Channels fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge and, when possible, provide a loaner product for use during the repair. That’s part of our commitment to doing business the right way, standing behind what we sell and support.
